My Favorite Contour!!
I've been using the medium as a contour shade for over 4 years now.. and keep coming back. Although it's on the pricey side, it is literally the perfect ashy toned shade (medium color) for carving out a beautiful cheek and jaw. Blends in well, and stays put. Would highly recommend. Only watchout is the powder is such a nice texture BUT beware that it can shatter easily (I've done this before sadly) if mishandled.

Beautiful, natural color
I have Asian skin with finicky undertones that gets ghostly pale in the winter. Finding a good contour color is always difficult. I love the 'light' color so much! It's perfectly neutral - not anywhere close to orange, and not so cool that it makes me look dead. The pan size is much smaller than you would expect, but you really only need the smallest amount to get that chiseled look.

Classic, small but will last a while
Classic for a reason. A small compact but will last a while as you don't use much. I am around a NC20-25 and found the Medium shade to work.

Most realistic contouring powder ever!
When I purchased this in Medium, long ago, it was considered the "go to" contour powder for virtually everyone. Depending on how heavily your apply it, this can work for a wide spectrum of skin tones. Indeed, Kevyn Aucoin didn't come up with the lighter & darker versions of this until the "Medium" had been on the market for a very long time. I'm ~NC20 and I apply this extremely lightly. Extremely! That's because I'm going for a realistic look - I don't want to look as though I've contoured my face. The cool tone of this powder is the most perfect, authentic look of a real shadow. I apply the faintest bit just under my cheekbones, starting at the center of my ear & extending just an inch or so toward the center of my face, so the shadow is just under the *outside edge* of each cheek bone. I also apply it lightly down the length of my nose (on each side). Completely subtle & realistic contouring. Yay! It lasts forever so the price is fine.

Perfect and lasts all day.
This is the perfect powder for my fair, normal/dry skin. NC10/15 for reference. Does not lift texture and plays well with others. I also use as a crease/transition shade. Very lovely and a cult classic for a reason.

Most natural!
THE BEST neutral color for natural contour. For color reference I am NC40/42 in MAC. The pigment is so smooth and stays on all day. I use it on my natural skin after cleansing and it's aammmaaazing. I try and look for other cheaper alternatives and nothing compares. It seems $$$$$ but goes a long way! I use it about 5 days a week and I've used only about half of it in 12 months. Which reminds me! It's time to get a new one.
