Great stuff!
I'm on my 2nd bottle of this- it lasts a long time too because you only use a tiny bit at a time. It smells pretty strong and sometimes it's hard to wash off (hence the 4 stars), otherwise it's super effective. Potent, dries out/zaps blemishes in a couple days, reliable!

Very Strong and Powerful
This stuff works. It is very powerful and may sting a little, It is worth the effort for the powerful acne eliminating ingredients. Use only at night because it leaves a pink stain that is easily washable in the morning. Moisturize, too, because part of the eliminating will cause dryness.

Works great but you must use it right
This is one of my favorite spot treatments once I figured out how to use it best for my skin. Avoid the temptation to shake the bottle. Use a q-tip to touch the pink sulfur layer and pop it back out of the bottle, then dot directly over your blemish. It smells a bit due to the alcohol and sulfur, but it dries out the pimple effectively. I found it to be less effective for cystic acne, however. I've had mine for several years at this point and when the alcohol layer dries out, just replace with regular 70% isopropyl alcohol and you're back in business!

this spot treatment does effectively work, but the configuration is a bit messy and dries up quickly.
