Juice Beauty PHYTO-PIGMENTS Illuminating Primer is the ideal base, regardless of the foundation you use, featuring a powerful blend of botanical juices and antioxidants that illuminates the skin and blurs out imperfections. Rich coconut alkanes provide a great alternative to silicones, smoothing skin and providing hydration. This organic makeup primer also features vegetable-derived hyaluronic acid, plumping skin to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.

Best face primer I've used!
All I can say is YES!! I adore this primer. I have already used a bottle and repurchased it. It goes on very smoothly, and doesn't feel greasy. It gives my skin a healthy, youthful glow, without looking like a bunch of shimmer smeared everywhere. On days when I forget this step, I definitely notice that my foundation looks flatter and does not stay on as long. The pump is great too and the glass bottle feels very luxe.

Pretty, but broke me out
This is a nice primer, except for the fact that it broke me out. I have had issues with other Juice Beauty products breaking me out. This primer seems to slightly firm and provides a very nice and subtle glow-y sheen to the skin. It looks nice even without makeup on top, it provides a nice healthy glow. I wish this didn't break me out. I did not detect a scent, which is great.

as I have recently been switching all my makeup to more "natural" products finding a good primer was extremely difficult. This is the best one I have found so far as it does help my makeup "stick" a little bit better as well as gives me a great luminosity. I have oily/combination skin and this still works for me as I do like a slightly dewy look.

To start out with I have normal/dry skin. I bought this product being a lover of illuminating primers, and with all the great reviews it had I thought I would love it! But I didn't. I was expecting something similar to the Becca backlight primer, hoping this jouice beauty primer would be a somewhat hydrating/luminous primer... I was wrong. It almost has a fine "grit" to it, and has very very fine sparkles, or glitters in it. It isn't a pearlescent glow like the Becca backlight primer. And it isn't moisterizing in the least bit. It is almost like a very thin serum that sinks into the skin immediately, and eave your skin shimmery and tight feeling, not dry, but tight. Having normal/dry skin, especially in the winter, I need something with hydration so my makeup doesn't look crusty, and caked throught the day. This primer left something to be desired.
