THE Perfect Highlighter!
Jouer Powder Highlighter in ROSE QUARTZ adds a beautiful, luminous finish to my light, cool-toned complexion. I apply it to my cheekbones, tip of nose, and cupid's bow. I imagine it could also be used on the shoulders and collarbones for added sheen, but have not tried that yet. It provides a long-wearing glow to my face, and adds the perfect finishing touch to my make-up look. I have tried many other highlighters, both powder and liquid, and always come back to Jouer's Rose Quartz! It is NOT chalky, gritty or glittery, but smooth and easily applicable. Does not look blinding or fake, but beautifully-dewy. Compact lasts a long time, at a great price. I receive many compliments on my "skin." Will continue to purchase!

One of the best formulas ever!
I own several Jouer highlighters and I absolutely love them all! Citrine is a beautiful gold shade for light to medium complexions. These highlighters are so creamy and pigmented and I really couldn't ask for more. They are beautiful and blinding just the way I like them!

Great Highlight- Very blinding
