First Serum Ever!
I've forever used drugstore products because I have oily skin and they've worked to keep my shine at bay. I used to hear the word 'serum', and thought, GREASY FACE. My friend swears by JV products so I gave this a try because her skin looks like a Snapchat filter always. Being shiny and oily is not an issue for me with the daily serum!!! Ok, so this serum is green, it has a very particular sort of herbally menthol kind of scent that is somewhat pleasant, and it gives me a kind of tingly feeling when I put it on. Can't yet tell if there are long term results but it does leave skin hydrated with a refreshed light finish.

After just a couple weeks of use, I think this serum is precisely as great as advertised. It does feel like a green juice for your skin - hydrating and refreshing - and I've noticed a distinct glowiness to my skin just in this short time. I typically put it on once a day at night after showering and toning. Feels great before bed, smells lovely, and as a little goes a long way I expect it'll last for awhile. Favorite new product!

A nonessential favorite
This is a serum that you don't necessarily *need*, but you'll be better off by having, if that makes sense. I enjoy using this serum because it absorbs in a snap with absolutely no after-feel of tackiness or sliminess. My skin just drinks it up. And, I find that it helps me have "good skin days" more consistently than if I don't use it. Granted, if I didn't use this product, could I also have "good skin days"? Sure, but in my experience it just seems like this serum gilds the lily a bit. And to me, it's worth the purchase (and, actually, the eventual repurchase)
