jane iredale's Smooth Affair® Brightening Face Primer (formerly known as "Smooth Affair Facial Primer and Brightener") refines and prepares the skin for a long-lasting foundation application. It camouflages pores, fine lines and wrinkles, leaving your skin with a more luminous-looking glow. Algae extract firms, while olive leaf extract promotes skin regeneration.
With fingertips, spread evenly until primer has been absorbed. Use with or without your favorite moisturizer. Use Smooth Affair as a primer before your makeup application and after you wash your face at night for healthy, radiant, moisturized skin.

Skin irritation or breakout.
I wanted to love this, but it didn't work for me. Either it clogged my pores or there is something in it that irritated my skin terribly. I had awful breakouts while using it. Other than that, it felt amazing going on and was a nice base.

Good but quite expensive
Jane Iredale makes great products, but this one was quite expensive and I didn't notice any 'skin regeneration'. Keeps makeup at bay, but i wouldn't say it helps with my skin at all.

Not my favorite
I have oily, acne prone skin. This primer does nothing to help with my issues. It exacerbates the problems I already have. Definitely made for people with drier skin.
