Good for cystic acne! And hair.
I admit it: I’ve been struggling with cystic acne for a couple of decades. Like so many of us, I tried a plethora of treatments. Some helped a little, some more, but nothing cleared it up entirely. So I took a chance on these — on sale, because criminy, they are costly. After a couple of months, I woke up one day with COMPLETELY CLEAR SKIN. I actually noticed it first by touch. Occasionally, a small eruption will occur, but it will be small and clear up quickly. I ran out once, and by the time my new pills arrived, a junior version of a cyst had cropped up. It lacked sincerity, however, and soon receded in embarrassment. As to the suggestion that you could get the same supplements at a drugstore, well, yes, you could get most of them. There was an ingredient that I couldn’t find elsewhere, though, and honestly, who wants to take a handful of pills morning and night? Seriously, compared to other supplements, these pills are small and easy to swallow. Hard to beat the convenience.

This vitamin does work for clearing up acne and general skin health, but man is it pricy. Instead of repurchasing I've just started taking the same generic drugstore vitamins to save money.

Good for maintenance
I've always had a low level breakout on my face that for years I tried to control with different products. I finally hit the exhaustion point and went to a dermatologist. She prescribed an antibiotic and miraculously my skin cleared up. I'm off the antibiotic now, and while my skin is much clearer, I began to have hormonal pimples (2-3) show up with my menstrual cycle. I started accumax to get that component under control. Its been two months, and on my second cycle I did not have a significant breakout, so I'm optimistic that continuing the 4-pill/day regimen for the next month, then decreasing to 2 pills/day will keep me clear. I've also noticed that my skin tone is improved, (less dull, more firm), which could be the product working in combination with the dietary collagen supplement I've been taking.
