Amazing product
So for the record. I'm a woman in my mid 30s. Problem skin my whole life. Oily skin, hormonal breakouts that last for weeks basically. Always have worn makeup because of it to cover all the breakouts. I DO NOT have cystic acne to be clear. So now for the review....amazing!!! Just a few weeks and boom clear and makeup free. i think it's working
i used to take hum nutrition's daily cleanse, and i felt like that helped. and then i read about this and i gave it a whirl by ordering a 60 count first and then a double pack. I'm using it. It requires you to take 2 caps multiple times a day. the daily cleanse by hum nutrition is less expensive, but i haven't gotten any massive hormonally induced acne like i usually do. the acne does come back if i'm not religious about taking at least 4 caps a day (2 in the am, 1 in the afternoon, 1 at night-it's how i'm trying to space out and make this $$$$ product last). I might go back to hum nutrition's daily cleanse though.

Don't waste your money
My multivitamin has way more vitamin A,C, and E than this does. This only gives you 27-48% of the daily recommended value. The claim about the phosphatidylcholine and diindolylmethane is also just a marketing tactic because I did research on it and a paper (I graduated with a master's in biomedical science). I know Jane Iredale provides a lot of before and after pics on this which is what sold me but I can't see how it would be effective and I didn't have severe acne to begin with so I can't say that I have had dramatic results. I mainly just get breakouts around the time of my period.
