Really good product
Pros: This arrived just after I got back from a beach weekend. Like the rest of me, my lips can get a really bad sunburn if I'm not careful- which I wasn't. It usually takes a week or two for my lips to peel and fully heal, but this lip balm cut the time down to just a couple days. I didn't even peel. Regular chapstick always seems to dry my lips out more, putting me into a cycle of needing to reapply constantly. This hasn't had that effect - I use it once daily, maybe more often if I'm out in the sun. Cons: If I use too much or if my lips are really dry, it will go on cloudy/white tinted. The lemon scent is strong, but it fades fairly quickly. Despite the cons, I still give it five stars for being an incredible product that protects and heals my sun-sensitive lips.

refreshing lip balm
I tried a sample of this lip balm in the color sheer and I really enjoyed it. It kind of has a minty refreshing tingle once applied and it's not tacky whatsoever. The only reason I knocked off a star is the price is kind of expensive for just a lip balm.

Love the color hate the smell!
I love the color it is a perfect nude shade and has a moist texture that leaves lips smooth but the smell is horrible! It is so overwhelmingly strong, it reminds me of lemon cleaner. Will not be able to wear, I love the smell of all the other Jane Iredale lip products but this one is just too strong.

very irritating
This lip balm irritated my lips to the point where they did not just burn, they peeled for days. This was a real shame as the balm goes on smoothly with no white cast and has good spf. I have generally sensitive skin and i am guessing that my lips could not tolerate the lemon peel oil that this lip balm now contains. The product description brags about how this balm smells like lemons, but I want a lip balm that does not irritate! Fragrance free would be best IMHO. I cannot use this at all.
