Thin sponge
This is an okay product - for the cost and for being Jane Iredale I was expecting more. It blends makeup fine and does its job, it is jus thinner than I would have liked. Seems like you could shred it just rinsing it out.

Was my favorite makeup sponge...
The last three times I've ordered this sponge, I have noticed that the flocking has been reduced (it is of a less plush quality). After I washed them, in the same way I always do, the flocking of the new ones completely disappeared...leaving a rough sponge. I've been using these sponges for about 6 or 7 years and never had an issue until a few months ago...(the problem may have been from purchasing them from Amazon Subscriptions...I really don't know). Unless Amazon got a batch of bad sponges, I'm hoping the Dermstore will deliver a quality sponge. I will let you know.

Great Sponge
I use this sponge with powder foundation and I too was surprised at how well the sponge picks the powder up and spreads smoothly over my skin. It is a little small, but with my small hands, not too much of an issue. I bought two to switch them out when one was drying out after washing them.

Two small sponges
The sponges were very small. The majority of make-up sponges are thicker and spongier than these two it would be very difficult to keep a product from getting on ones fingertips.
