Changed My Skin

I have tried a lot of expensive products but Jan Marini is by far my favorite. I saw a new esthetician about 2 years ago who uses Jan Marini products and she recommended the kit. I would say that by 3 months, my skin was GLOWING & hydrated. To the point where I get compliments from friends and strangers as in, what makeup/highlighter do you have on, not believing it is my skin. Highly recommend! Watch some Jan Marini's videos on instagram too as she is definitely a skin expert and passionate about great skin. I asked a question on a Live video about a specific type of wrinkle near my eye, rather than pushing a product she flat out said "you would have to get botox for that" LOL. I'm keeping the wrinkle and really appreciate her honesty.

RUINED my skin!

I used the entire Jan Marini system for 8 months before I finally went to my dermatologist. I bought it because I succumbed to marketing - I had perfect skin my entire life by using a topical salicylic acid followed by a light moisturizer. The system worked beautifully for about 6 weeks. After that, my skin dried out to the point of painful cracking, then became horribly oily. Next came the breakouts. My own family didn't recognize me when they picked me up from the airport! I still have cheek scarring and hyperpigmentation now almost a year later. My acne was so bad that my derm put me on high dose antibiotics, spironolactone, and several topicals to try to control it (all because I refused acutane). I have never been more furious with a company, especially given how expensive this stuff is. DO! NOT! BUY!

a great system

This is a great beginner system for anyone who wants to try out the brand. It has been two months since I started using it and my acne-prone skin has improved a lot. It can be a lil bit too much for sensitive skin so you need to establish tolerance slowly. I really like the cleanser and have gotten used to it that I dont like foaming cleanser anymore. The c-esta serum has some precipitation in it that crystallized. I had to discard it before I could finish it. Not sure if it is the product itself or because it sits in the kit for too long. Shaking didnt really help. It is a great serum that helps with inflammation tho. I will purchase it separately. Bioclear is a must for congested skin. The transformation face cream is okay for me. Sunscreen is kinda shiny. Overall I do recommend the system. It will definitely improve your skin unless you already have an advanced acids and retinols regimen.

An excellent group of products

A plastic surgeon recommended these products in lieu of the chemical peels I had been doing. I've been very happy with these products, as my skin looks brighter and smoother. It takes a few days to become accustomed to the strength of the products, so go easy at first. I am in my late 60's, and although these products don't make me look younger, they make me look better. The Daily Face Protectant is one of the best I've ever used - non greasy, scentless.

great skin care system

This set of products works so well together, and each item serves a purpose. I am both acne prone and get extremely dry skin in the winter, and this is the only thing I've tried that keeps my skin balanced. My only (very minor) complaint is that in the kit I received, the face wash didn't come with a pump bottle, which I prefer for ease of use.

Amazing Result

I'm 40 with combination dry skin. I usually buy random skincare from Sephora/Dermstore. Been struggling with mild hormonal acne on my jawline/ chin for the last year until I discover Jan Marini skin care management system through a friend. I gave it a try and it totally cleared up my acne. It also reduced the hyperpigmentation left from picking at my acne. I was contemplating IPL for my acne scars but now don't need it anymore! Because of the price, I use it only once daily. The other times, I use CeraVe Hydrating cleanser, CeraVe Moisturizer w/ SPF. I love Jan Marini products, even the sunscreen. It smells great (and I usually don't use anything with fragrance), and the products get absorbed instantly. Loving the results. Agree with the other comments. Don't love the packaging for Bioclear Face Lotion. The dropper can get messy if you're not careful.
