This dynamic alpha-arbutin face cream combines concentrated all-trans-retinol with advanced non-hydroquinone technologies to lighten the appearance of discoloration and reduce the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles - helping to restore your skin's youthful complexion.

Key Ingredients:

helps with melasma dark spots
I use this as it was recommended by the dermatologist at my medusa and I have a lot of respect for him. I do think this works (and not many products do). If you really want to get rid of melasma, he said you have to do a deep face peel and stay out of the heat and sun (melasma triggers), and face peels are intense when they're deep. So far, I'm happy with these results and am repurchasing here.

Not as good as the old version
I use to use the older version of this and it seemed to work better. The packaging on this is horrible. Please bring back the old version with the squeeze tube.

Not sure yet
I've been using this product for only two weeks, every other day at night. I do not see very much change. So far, it does not work quickly on fading skin spots or brightening skin tone as the details describe. I will finish the bottle and give an update then. The packaging is the worst and Jan Marini knows it. There are instructions to turn the bottle upside down and tap it into the palm of your hand to get it going. I did that and nothing came out. Tried again and only a little bit came out. It got better over a few days. For paying so much, they should have the pump dispenser work as it should. Never had this problem with this type of container.
