Glycolic acid provides deep follicular cleansing to remove impurities and dead cells from the skin and preps the skin for enhanced benefits from additional products used as part of a skincare program. Jan Marini Bioglycolic Face Cleanser's non-foaming, hydrating cleanser leaves the skin clean, soft, and hydrated and eliminates the need for harsh post-cleansing toners or astringents.
Apply moderate amounts to skin and massage gently to produce lather. Rinse clean with water.

All time favorite
This is my all time favorite face wash. I have been using it since I was 16 (now in my 30s). Every time I try something else I find myself coming back to this. Works best if you apply on dry skin, let sit for a minute or two, and rinse off. It cleans, removes makeup, and never leaves my skin feeling tight or dry.

Love this cleanser!
I had an aesthetician use this on the lower half of my face while I was breaking out, and it dried everything up without leaving my skin feeling super tight and dry. I feel like this is gentle enough to use daily, and will probably use this once a day as my nighttime cleanser. (Also LOVE that this is fragrance free!!!)

Bioglycolic Face Cleanser
Game changer! I am 40 and have been battling some monthly cystic acne around the jawline and on my forehead for a couple of years. The products I tried from my dermatologist just did not work, so I started researching some more. I always came back to glycolic acid as being a key ingredient to help resolve acne. The reviews on the Bioglycolic Face Cleaner were good, so I read almost all of them to see if the results matched what my personal goal was for my skin. After using it now for a few months, I can say with certainty that this has changed my face! I have not had any cysts at all since starting this product. I get the occasional small pimple that disappears in a day and is unnoticeable to probably anyone but me. To be fair in reporting the combination of products that has worked, I also use Skin Medica's Retinol as well as Keeves acne treatment cream. This quick 3-step process has worked wonders for me.

Sharp but good
I think saying is is gentle and everyday is a stretch. I can only use this a few times a week and not after going out in the sun. It does sting a little bit and it could definitely get to me after a while. The good part is it does exfoliate and keeps peeling skin away. Its also unscented and it is good for my allergies, I never have a reaction.
