Glycolic acid provides deep follicular cleansing to remove impurities and dead cells from the skin and preps the skin for enhanced benefits from additional products used as part of a skincare program. Jan Marini Bioglycolic Face Cleanser's non-foaming, hydrating cleanser leaves the skin clean, soft, and hydrated and eliminates the need for harsh post-cleansing toners or astringents.
Apply moderate amounts to skin and massage gently to produce lather. Rinse clean with water.

good cleanser, maybe not for daily use
i like this cleanser, but it is pretty strong for daily use. usually i'll pick whether to use my acid exfoliator/toner or this each day. i do have to swap this one out for a mild cleanser most days.

My Morning Cleanser
This cleanser was recommended to me by my facialist for a very gentle exfoliation without over stripping the skin's natural oils. I've loved using this in my morning routine since it seems to works best on dry skin and I still follow up with a toner, day serum and moisturizer. It seems the packaging may have changed as the one I purchased a while ago had a pump and the one in the photo here doesn't have a pump. Regardless I will most likely be repurchasing once I'm done with my current one!

well..im a dude..I never bought many "facial" cream, wash or moisturizers. I must say, I used it for the first tonight tonight and wow...this is what real clean skin feels like?? No scent and doesn't lather but you feel it tingle a bit from the glycolic acid - it gets more intense the longer you leave it on. With using it once daily, I ended up with signs of over-exfoliation (more breakouts, red bumps, stinging). Maybe it would be better to only use a few times per week.
