Maybe middle of the road
I really wanted to love this. I have recently become obsessed with medical grade skincare and I have well over a dozen products. Many are recommendations from my injector Revision, SkinMedica and Skinceuticals. I also use one Skinbetter product in my regimen. I cannot say I’ve noticed any drastic changes to my skin since using this clinical facial system but I do find the process to be relaxing and fulfilling my hobby of self care. I haven’t used the cooling mask on sunburn but I wear an SPF and hat if I’m in the sun. I imagine if you were into getting a suntan it would be hydrating and soothing on a burn. The warming cleanser has a very nice honey smell (not fake at all) but it doesn’t have any warming effect no matter how long you leave it on. I did have some breakouts after using it too. Overall I haven’t decided if I will purchase this set again. Unless I notice more actual improvement to my skin or it addresses a skin concern, I don’t think I could spend the money. It’s a fun process but it hasn’t made me particularly fond of isClinical. I guess I will stick with Revision and SkinMedica.

Cool Down Masque Does More Harm than Good
I purchased this combo after previously trying and enjoying the warming cleanser. The Cool Down masque did not meet my expectations, and I had a bad reaction to this product. I expected a soothing, cooling face mask, but this product contains menthol fumes that do more than harm than good on dry, irritated skin. The menthol formulation irritated my eyes (you have to keep them closed) and caused nasal congestion. This was a waste of money and poorly depicted online. I would not buy another new product from IS Clinical without sampling it first.
