This antioxidant-rich serum combines time released vitamin C with a blend of botanicals to treat acne, rosacea, contact dermatitis and even insect bites. Not convinced
I wanted to love this product because of everything I have heard about it but it was not what I hoped. I like how it feels on the skin and it does help soothe skin. But I did not see too much of a difference on acne scars or skin turn over like i would of hoped. I feel there are many other vitamin C serums that can do that for much cheaper.

I had high hopes for this product based on the reviews, but unfortunately it had little to no impact on my skin after using for 2 months. I wouldn't say it made things worse, but it didn't touch the hyperpigmentation related to mild rosacea and acne. So while it didn't aggravate my skin, it also didn't produce results for me.

First product I've ever actually seen results from
This serum was recommended to me during a facial, where the esthetician commented on my red and inflamed skin. After going through my skincare routine, she concluded that I was over-exfoliating with my Clarisonic brush and using the wrong moisturizer. She gave me a sample of iS Clinical serum and I saw fully noticeable results by the time the sample was finished. I bought a full-sized bottle here and continue to enjoy decreased redness, overall skin clarity, fewer breakouts, and a renewed life to my skin. I'm actually quite horrified that I let my skin get so bad in the first place. At 37 years old, my skin did not need the same kind of treatment it did in my 20s and I don't know how I let it slip for so long. I use this serum every morning, followed by a moisturizer, and have introduced a new routine at night. However, even with all that - it's this specific product that is giving me the results I was after. 10-10 would purchase again (and plan to).

My Favorite Product
This is my second bottle of this product. It lasted me about 3 months and I was pleased with that. I feel like it has changed the coloration of my skin, the texture and kept my hormonal acne at bay. I have been battling the hormonal acne for the last few years and this is truly the first topical product to make a difference.

Pros: This serum is great for sensitive skin. Does not have a pungent or offensive smell to it. Goes on easily (however I learned to not put it onto my fingertips first because it has a watery consistency and a lot of products gets wasted this way...Instead I tilt my cheeks and drop the serum directly out of the tincture onto my face, then massage in with fingers). Extremely healing for picked at or dry skin (could see new skin healing over picked at acne - but redness remains). Absorbs nicely and evens skin texture. Cons: I think this serum is just OK for preventing acne...It has not helped minimize the one current cystic bump on my jaw line or prevent any surface pimples from going away. Takes some time for redness to fully disappear. I wish it worked a little quicker at healing the redness from spots on my face that I have picked at, but I am trying to be patient with this serum. It is very expensive. Not sure if there is anything comparable at a lower price. Overall, I will be repurchasing once I run out of my current bottle because I think the benefits outweigh the negatives. I love how nourished my skin feels despite a few hormonal bumps here and there.

This will always be a part of my skin care regimen, no matter what else I change. It has helped me so much with acne scars due to cystic acne, and it even works to gently heal new blemishes. I have sensitive, acne-prone skin, so soothing and healing products work much better for me than drying acne products. Also, if I'm bad and pick at a blemish, this product works wonders to heal it quickly without leaving a scar. I'm so thankful that I found this product, it has been a skin savior! And it lasts for 6 months, so it's totally worth the cost for me (I use it just once a day, every morning). Be sure to smooth it on while your skin is still damp, because it is such a light liquidy product.
