I have been using this serum for a few years now and it works great. It really plumps your skin in the morning and helps minimize breakouts during that time of the month. I've struggled with acne for years and while its not a miracle product, as I've found nothing is, it definitely helps! Use a tiny amount at night and wake up with invisible pores, and notice a big difference in existing acne. Good quality product! Be sure to use a tiny amount and it should last a while.

This stuff is amazing!
I absolutely love IS Clinical's active serum. It has helped diminish my hormonal acne around my jawline and has helped fade dark spots from previous acne. My face feels more smooth and even and I can tell it will continue to improve over time! If I had to choose one product from my regimin, it would be his! So worth the money!

Don't understand the hype
I'm a 31 year old with acne-prone (cystic and hormonal) skin and very minor wrinkles around the eyes. I noticed no difference after using up several sample size bottles. Glad I didn't start with the full priced bottle. I really don't understand how so many people love this and I saw nothing!

Very effective!
I have oily, acne-prone, problematic skin. I cannot tell you how many products I have tried over the years. My aesthetician recommended the Active Serum and gave me a few samples to try a couple of years back. My skin really loves this stuff - it definitely brightens, makes my skin smoother, and helps with acne tremendously. It can be overly drying and too strong if you use a lot/use every night. I rotate between these and other treatment serums and use this one about every other night. When I use every night my skin becomes overly exfoliated and irritated, though that goes away in a day if you stop using it. I highly recommend.

I bought this specifically for my mature, acne prone skin. It gives the skin a nice finish and helps me look brighter while wearing it. Unfortunately I didn't notice any lasting difference.

Started with the Super Serum Advance Plus formula but ended up trying this next since Shani Darden raves about it so much. Within these 2 bottles my skin is already so much clearer, less pigmented and glowing - people have stopped me in the street to ask what I'm using. It's conpletely changed my skin and even helped me to achieve the 'holy grail' which is removing the acne scars so I don't have to wear makeup in public. Expensive but so so worth it!
