best serum I've ever used
This is the best serum I've ever used. I've been using it for about 3 to 4 years now and my skin has improved tremendously. I had adult breakouts frequently and since using active serum my skin has completely cleared and I rarely have breakouts. My skin is also bright and healthy looking.

Wow! I was recommended this product by my aesthetician and absolutely LOVE it. It does tingle and feel very "active" for a few minutes, which my sensitive skin has actually been able to handle. I don't think I like it as much as the pro heal advanced plus, so probably won't repurchase.

Read a review that this is very helpful for acne. There is a strong cooling and tingling sensation but I am not sure if it has done anything for my acne. For the price I would hope for faster results. I will need to give it more time. Doubt I would repurchase this sadly... Only time will tell

Not a serum
I'm not sure how this can be called a serum, it has the texture of water. Use the dropper to splash the liquid into the palm of your hand which totally wastes the product and makes it nearly impossible to apply. And no, that "tingling" sensation is more like a burning one and it does not feel good.

I've struggled with acne for years and while its not a miracle product, as I've found nothing is, it definitely helps! Use a tiny amount at night and wake up with invisible pores, and notice a big difference in existing acne. Good quality product! Be sure to use a tiny amount and it should last a while.
