Great Serum
My skin had broken out and I had tried everything! It took about 2-3 weeks for me to really see the total effects of this serum. I used this in the evening and the Heal in the morning. My skin looks the best it has EVER looked! The texture and feel is amazing. It has helped with the texture, feel and overall brightness. I HIGHLY recommend this product. I've tired EVERYTHING from prescriptions to ever high end expensive. This product is also pretty expensive, but it works and that's what sets this apart from all the others....

My facial lady recommended I start using the Active Serum because I was breaking out after having a baby. I feel like overall the product has definitely helped my acne. This is the best serum I've ever used. I've been using it for about 3 to 4 years now and my skin has improved tremendously. I had adult breakouts frequently and since using active serum my skin has completely cleared and I rarely have breakouts. My skin is also bright and healthy looking.

It does tingle and feel very "active" for a few minutes, which my sensitive skin has actually been able to handle. I don't think I like it as much as the pro heal advanced plus, so probably won't repurchase.

Bought for Acne but....
Read a review that this is very helpful for acne. There is a strong cooling and tingling sensation but I am not sure if it has done anything for my acne. For the price I would hope for faster results. I will need to give it more time. Doubt I would repurchase this sadly... Only time will tell

Not a serum
I'm not sure how this can be called a serum, it has the texture of water. Use the dropper to splash the liquid into the palm of your hand which totally wastes the product and makes it nearly impossible to apply. And no, that "tingling" sensation is more like a burning one and it does not feel good.
