Overall Great Product
I've been using this product for about a year now. I have very sensitive skin, and I get easily congested areas on my face (especially my forehead). I apply about 4-5 drops nightly, and it has done a great job of keeping my skin clear. It can be a little drying, so I usually follow up with a light gel-based moisturizer. I consider myself to have pretty sensitive skin, and although it tingles, it doesn't burn! I haven't noticed a huge difference in small wrinkles/fine lines, but I'm 25 and my main concern is skin texture. It's something I'll continue to buy, even though it's a big splurge for me! One thing I will note - one time I ordered this product and the plastic cap was kind of broken (it didn't sit on the screwy part right)...so I wish the packaging were a little bit nicer for the price.

Not working
I have tried this product for a month now. Applied 4-5drops twice a day as directed. This serum didn't do anything to my face, other than giving me tingly feeling. It didn't improve my acne or prevent me to get more acne. It didn't improve my redness on my cheeks, nor brightening any part of my face. What a waste of money!

Expensive but Effective
Yes this product is pricey, but after trying it I do understand why there is such a strong following for it. The product is strong but gentle, it'll definitely help clear up blemishes and soften fine lines if you do not regularly exfoliate with acids. The high alcohol content was concerning for me, since I have very sensitive skin, along with the menthol. These 2 ingredients delayed my purchase for months because I was hesitant to try it out. Thankfully I did not experience any negative reactions.

the game changer I was looking for
I was hesitant to believe that only four drops of this much-hyped serum would transform my skin, but it absolutely did! This is one of the only products that truly delivers visible results within days of use (the other is Sunday Riley's Good Genes lactic acid serum). I have combination skin and have battled small bouts of hormonal cystic acne in the past; using this product, I've scarcely had any breakouts of any kind! After cleansing and toning, I apply this serum first, let the cooling tingle work it's magic, and then apply a vitamin C serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen. I consider this serum essential to my routine - I'll never be without it!

Not for me
I wanted to love this product as I have oily but aging acne prone skin. Most products do make me break out but I read this one probably would not and would help with signs of aging. Unfortunately, I found I got a cystic pimple on my chin every time I used this. I wish it had worked for me.

This serum is EVERYTHING!
I've been using this for a year and it's really really good. I'm 60 with fairly good skin for my age but my skin is sensitive and can get a lot of redness at times. This calms redness and moisturizes as well as makes my pores smaller. I use at night with moisturizer over it. I've used every expensive product you can imagine and this one is the one I never allow myself to run out of!
