HydroPeptide Solar Defense Broad Spectrum SPF 30 physically blocks 97% of UV rays that can cause sunburn and premature aging as it hydrates and rejuvenates your skin. A soft smart-tint automatically adjusts to your skin tone for flawless coverage while antioxidant-rich acai extract neutralizes free radicals. Niacin calms redness and galangal root reduces excess oil production to prevent shine.

No need for foundation!
I have very sensitive skin and can't tolerate anything with silicon/silica/any derivatives of those. So finding a foundation it's really difficult! I have dark freckles and yellow-tone skin. All I use now is this amazing product! Moisturise before using (even though it is a moisturiser). It blends so well with my skin tone I can use it all year round to cover up my freckles (note: still need concealer after applying this to hide really dark spots). A great base for day and night makeup too. Love this. It's my go-to and now

Too heavy, pills, settles in pores, oxidizes
This is a heavy/thick sunscreen. Even using it on a 50 degree January day it was hot. It settled into my pores over the course of the day and looked terrible. I have a slightly fuzzy face & it made the hair much, much more obvious. Very hard to blend out the edges. The color wasn't initially too bad but it was orange by the end of the day. Where I had on sunglasses or rubbed the tip of my nose it came off and looked really bad. It's okay under makeup but not great as it still streaks and pills and is really difficult to keep on.

I purchased this after seeing it featured by a youtuber that I watch and absolutely love this product. I got the tinted, but I don't see any tint at all. It's easy to apply and absorbs easily and works wonderfully under liquid or stick foundation. It is pricey but worth it. Not the least bit greasy.

Super dry and flaky
I have a combo skin type and I never really complained about any product being too dry since my face could get oily later in the day, but this sunscreen really does it, it never settles in and a light swipe will cause it to roll up and leave a super noticeable streak across the area. Can't love it despite the lovely product description.

Best tinted spf for mature skin!
Saw this review on a you-tuber who has channel for older women. She absolutely loves it and I see why. It smooths the skin, gives no white cast, gives a glow and makes any makeup go on better. I'm 48 yrs old with dry skin. I do take very good care of my skin.

This product applies smoothly and easily. My skin felt softer and smoother with use. The tint made my skin look great and I only needed minimal makeup. I have extremely sensitive skin (rosacea)- but did not have any problems with this product. The only drawbacks are the price and the small size. I know you are suppose to use 1/4 teaspoon of sunscreen for the face to get the SPF on the label- but I felt reluctant to use this amount because it only contains 1.7 ounces per bottle. The product is good and is money well spent if you choose this product.

Perfect sunscreen - my long search is over
This is absolutely the BEST sunscreen for my face and for wearing with makeup. It does not interfere. I can put on my serum, then the sunscreen and follow with my primer and foundation. It cooperates beautifully with everything else I use. And it looks nice on its own when I don't wear makeup. I hope this is NEVER discontinued. It's pricey but well worth it. I've wasted a small fortune trying different natural and chemical sunscreens that were all terrible in their own ways. This does not break me out and I love that this is natural. The tint is genius - otherwise it would leave that awful white cast all over my face. And, I do believe the great skincare ingredients are a nice bonus! Thank you, HydroPeptide - I'm trying your other products now. If you can conquer sunscreen, I'm betting they'll be great as well.
