With a pH of 5 and blended with soothing, non-fragrant botanical extracts, it gently removes makeup and debris while retaining your natural hydration. Made only with skin-loving ingredients, nothing is included that may potentially send your skin on an irritation spiral, including essential oils and sulfates.

New favorite cleanser
I fall in love just after one using. I use gel cleanser during this cold moths but it felt so tight and dry. This cleanser leaves my skin soft and hydrate. I love this.

A nice cream cleanser
Overall this is a really nice cream cleanser. It leaves you face really moisturized without leaving any kind of film on the face. It smells lovely without any added fragrance (I think you are smelling the lotus/water lily extract) and left my skin very soft. The packaging is cute but the pump is annoyingly short so it's easy to get some cleanser on the bottle. I probably wouldn't repurchase again just because I don't think it's worth the price and I prefer something a little more deep cleansing.

Great for Sensitive Skin
This is one of the best cleanser I have found! I have sensitive, dry, acne-prone skin. This has never caused irritation and feels gentle but clean at the same time. I love this especially during the winter time. It has a light, milky-cream consistency that is perfect for massaging the face when I have time!

Sensitive Skin Friendly
I have sensitive, dry skin and this is the only product I have tried from this brand. I really appreciate the whole brand keeping out essential oils and fragrance as these frequently irritate my skin. I have used the tatcha cleansing oil as my only cleanser for years now, and only got this one to use with my new foreo as that cannot be used with an oil cleanser. So far I am really liking this. Sometimes I use the tatcha oil only and other times I will use the tatcha oil first then this one w/ foreo. Despite double cleansing I don't feel my skin is more dry than when I only use my oil cleanser. It feels very creamy and gentle. I do occasionally use this by itself but don't feel it gets my sunscreen off as well as my oil cleanser. Regardless of what I use, I always use my bioderma micellar water to remove the sunscreen around my eyes first. I have noticed that if I don't do this then BOTH cleansers will have trouble removing the sunscreen around my eyelashes. I have started a low dose of tretinoin recently for anti-aging and I find using this cleanser with my foreo does very well with removing the peeling/flakes on my face, and does not aggravate my already irritated skin. I do find it to be pricey for a cleanser, but 5 oz usually lasts me a year so I think it's worth it. 1-2 pumps is enough for my face. It smells a little weird but I prefer that over added fragrance.

Great product but the smell was too much
I was incredibly excited to try this product, as I ran out of an AM face wash! this goes on smoothly, makes the skin feel really soft and lovely, and cleanses without stripping. However, the smell (maybe the lily?) was absolutely overwhelming and made me feel sick. I tried to power through and continue to use it, but I just couldn't stomach the smell anymore. 5 stars for the usefulness of the product, 0 stars for the smell. if you love the smell of lilies, you would love this. otherwise, this is a hard pass for me.

Perfection.
I am obsessed with this milk cleanser. I found this brand and went for it and I will never look back. After trying this one, I went on to buy the one with the blue cap and I love it just as much. My skin feels super balanced, clean, and hydrated after using this. I actually use this one on dry skin and massage for a while and then start adding water to rinse. It's such a soothing cleanser and there are no signs of drying or tightness. Bravo!
