Fantastic product but cost prohibitive
I am new to the oil/balm cleanse as first cleanse concept, so I decided to splurge and try this. My second cleanse is currently La Roche Posay's gentle hydrating cleanser. With this evening cleansing combo, I've seen a significant reduction in jawline breakouts (my chronic problem area) and visible clogged pores on my nose. I should note that I'm typically only wearing SPF most days as opposed to full makeup due to quarantine life, but Kissimmee does a great job of removing SPF, makeup, and waterproof mascara. I am totally satisfied with Kissimmee, and the experience feels very luxurious; however, I plan to seek out a less expensive alternative when it's time to replace it.

Love this balm... price not so much
I'm an esthetician by trade so I have used a ton of washes over the years. This balm is fantastic however for the amount you get vs. what you have to pay. It's way over priced. You do have to use a sizable amount. With that being said, if you use it twice a day it probably will last you about two weeks before you have to put out another $42.00. They need to come out with a larger tube size yet keep it at the same price point. I would love to see a 10.5 oz size for this price.

This a good product. I like the packaging and application. I find I do not to use a lot of product to rub the balm all over my face. I have sensitive skin and no irritation. Honestly the only issue I have is the price point, its too high for what you get.

Not a lot of product, but good stuff
I double cleanse every night and this is my first step. I was using Drunk Elephants, but decided to try this one. This one feels like more of a soft oil vs a hard waxy oil. I really enjoy this product, but I do not think you get a lot of product. I do love how it's in a tube instead of a jar. Jars drive my crazy.

Great First Step Cleanser
What a beautiful cleansing balm. It does exactly what I expected to do. I am not a make up wearer, occasionally tinted moisturizer, but I do wear sunscreen daily and reapply it often and it thoroughly breaks it all down. Once it is emulsified with water and rinsed off, my skin already feels clean and moisturized. Please note, this must be followed up with a second cleanser. The balm feels a little like vaseline going on, the more I work it in, it starts to feel like an oil. There is no added fragrance, but there does seem to be a scent that seems a little off. I guess it is from all the natural oils but it does not last long. I will buy this again, this is great when I do not want to use my PHA cleansing oil. This is expensive for the size, but for the quality, I find it well worth it. If you have dry and or dehydrated skin this is ideal. A little will go a long way.

AMAZING CLEANSING BALM!!
Many balm cleansers are really just makeup removers, but this one truly cleanses the skin, and I don't even feel like I need to do a second cleanse after I use this balm. A lot of the reviews mention a sticky film on the skin, and this is definitely from people not emulsifying the product correctly!! You only need a little bit of the balm, and then I apply it to dry skin and rub it around my face for at least 30 seconds. I then add a tiny splash of water to my hands to begin emulsifying the product (turning it milky). I might add 3-4 layers of water, and then my face feels perfectly clean. I only use a gel cleanser after Kissimmee if I'm in the mood!! I hope the more negative reviewers give this product a second chance. You must be patient with it for amazing results.

I like that it doesn't have added fragrance. The tube is small for the price. I actually prefer just using the gel cleanser to get all the makeup and spf off.
