Holifrog 's Como Popp-E Renewal Scrubby Wash is a nourishing gel-oil formula made with poppy seeds and bamboo stem powder that create a gentle exfoliating experience leaving skin with a soft, smooth and dewy finish. Should NOT be sold as a facial cleanser
This stuff is WAY too rough to use on one's face. Arms and legs, sure, but the particles are too large and abrasive for the face.

Excellent for oily skin
I agree, this wash is excellent for oily skin in summer! The color is bright & refreshing. The price isn't cheap but if you have combo or oily skin it is worth the investment.

Good combination/oily scrub
With combination skin that tends to get oily in the heat, I found this exfoliant a wonderful product for the summer. I would NOT use this if I had dry skin or in the winter. The scent of this is good and I always feel so fresh and clean after using.

Gritty but effective.
This scrub was grittier than I expected. It was not a microfine scrub like I expected. It's a very good exfoliator if you take it very slow and don't scrub too hard.

Not what I was expecting
I have loved other products from this line, but this is not what I was expecting based on the description. The ingredients appear to be amazing. I thought this would be like the Fresh Sugar Strawberry Exfoliating Wash. This is so much more grainy & doesn't start to dissolve as well when massaging with water. I remain pretty pink afterwards. I think I might repurpose as a body scrub.

Heavenly Exfoliating Cleanser!
This is a great cleanser to use once or twice a week. Overuse can lead to dry skin, as this is an exfoliating cleanser. The exfoliating poppy seeds were harsher than I imagined, but the cleanser emulsifies into a heavenly milky foam that calms and brightens skin. I love it!

Mild exfoliation
The smell is something to be desired, but it's nice knowing how natural it is and that they do not add fragrances. Bottle is going to last a long time. Never had a scrub that was also so hydrating.

The best face scrub
This is the best face scrub I've ever used - it's just the right amount of exfoliation without being too abrasive. My skin always looks so much better after I use this product and I'm excited to try the rest of the lineup from HoliFrog.
