Very nice and light
I purchased the roller because I wasn't ready to splurge on the full size yet. I think it's a really lovely oil and ended up being a lot lighter than I expected (no issues with greasiness whatsoever). However, it's the dead of winter here in Chicago, so it hasn't quite cut it in terms of moisturizing my skin. I've had to use creams on top of it. However, I think this oil is PERFECT for summer and am planning on buying the full size once the weather warms up in a few months.

A nice oil in a deluxe sample size
The version I received did not have a roller ball, but rather a traditional dropper. I prefer the dropper, so that was great to me! Wondering if they are phasing out the roller version... anyway, on to the oil itself. I was looking to try a rosehip-based oil with extra oomph, and this seems to deliver so far (I've been using it for about 2 weeks now). I use three drops (forehead and then each cheek) every evening after my rx retinol. I'm not sure I feel "regenerated" but I do notice that my skin isn't as flaky. So far so good in my book.

Where has this oil been my entire life? It is such a light oil but still moisturizes my face better than lotion in this cold and very dry winter weather... and a little goes a LONG way! Medium grade oil
I thought his oil smelled amazing! I had high hopes, but then again I haven't used it long enough to see long term effects. I feel like it's not as moisture quenching as other oils I've tried, such as Sisley black rose precious face oil or recovery oil from eminence , still this is reasonably priced and a pretty darn good oil. It does moisturizer but I think I need a little more my skin is very dry.

Not For Acne Prone Skin
I wanted to love this facial oil. It smells great and the texture is perfect, but it caused me to break out with acne. I would not recommend if you are prone to acne or have oily/combination skin.

I'm a huge fan of the full size Phoenix Oil so when I saw this small roller that I could carry in my purse I snapped it up. I have incredibly dry skin and this oil has been a miracle product for me. I dab it on my lips, under my eyes and around my nose during the day if I notice my skin is drying out. Usually I roll a small amount of the oil onto my fingertips and then tap it on. Even over makeup this oil works great!

First - the oil: its full of so many good ingredients and it smells and feels really luxurious on the skin, I use it every night and I don't need to follow up with a cream. I used to find facial oils itchy but this one is very comfortable - I would just recommend using it a few minutes before bed so that it has some time to fully absorb before your head hits the pillow. The presentation is perfect - this amount (.3 oz maybe?) is more than you think, the rectangular glass bottle is lovely and the roller ball delivery is BRILLIANT because I don't lose any product between my fingers like I do from a dropper. Great for acne prone skin
