- Invest in a quality blow dryer. A powerful dryer will save you time, energy and prevent damage, as you'll spend significantly less time blowing heat over the same sections.

Love, but defective after a year
Ive tried a lot of hair dryers in my time - i have long, thick hair and need a powerful blow dryer to get the job done. I will start off by saying I love this blowdryer. Ive had it for about a year and even like it more than the Dyson. It's powerful and gets really hot. However, I'm not sure if i received a defective one but after about a year, when i turn the blowdryer off for a second, it wont turn back on. I think that it overheats itself and i cant turn it back again on for ~20 minutes. So weird! Overall, I do love it but beware. Its too expensive to be defective like that.

Best blow dryer I've owned
I dropped my last dryer and was forced to find a new one. So I hunted down what people considered the best. After using this dryer once, I am forced to agree. My hair had more body than it has ever had using the same products I always use. It had a lower tone than my old dryer which made it quieter but it's definitely not "whisper quiet". That being said, most dryers make me paranoid because I'm afraid they might cause hearing loss. Not this one! It was small but just as powerful as a larger dryer. In fact it dried my hair in half the time of my old dryer. It is very light and I am getting my mother in law one because her current dryer gives her shoulder pain and she has to pause half way through drying her hair to rest. This dryer is the BEST. Don't hesitate to purchase.

It's really worth the money. The ionic feature really smoothies and adds shine. I know it does because one day is accidentally switched off the ionic technology, and my hair was frizzy. I would say this "lightweight" dryer is weight if other normal dryers. The regular weigh Harry Josh dryer by comparison is really heavy. I like this better than my DryBar dryer, and about the same as my Lightweight Super Solano. I love it 10x better than the Dyson.

The BEST hairdryer
I had the original hairdryer and of course had to get the new lighter model... I love this hairdryer but it is very expensive and I think the original which is $100 less expensive works just as well and I don't really notice the weight.

I've always tried to tame my fine, frizzy hair. I was very impressed with the Harry Josh flat iron so I bought the dryer. After using these tools, my hair is smooth, straight, and tame for days without the usual touch-ups. In spite becoming accustomed to the use of new tools, drying and stying time is decreased by about 10 minutes (50 mins. - 40 mins.). In the past, if I simply blew my hair dry without a round brush, it was a mass of cotton candy-like frizz so I was amazed when the outcome was far smoother. I was concerned about the cost but for the look and health of my hair, I feel these tools are worth the investment!

Why is Dermstore price gouging?
I bought this exact Harry Josh Ultra Light Pro Dryer model twice from Dermstore for $250.00 each time, at full price - which was already very expensive. And now I find Dermstore has jack up the price by another $100, now charging a whopping $350.00 for it. Dermstore why are you ripping your customers off? How can you justify a 40% increase in the already high priced hair dryer model that has been on the market for two years? You are providing absolutely nothing new or additional to clients but somehow feel justified in demanding another $100? How so? Why are you taking advantage of your customers? Am very disappointed in your behavior and lack of customer consideration.
