- Invest in a quality blow dryer. A powerful dryer will save you time, energy and prevent damage, as you'll spend significantly less time blowing heat over the same sections.

LOVE THIS. Best dryer I have owned.
I didn't want to love this, but I do. It makes my hair so smooth. It dries it quickly and isn't loud and it's fantastic. The only thing I don't like is the attachments feel cheap. The small attachment broke immediately, but Dermstore is great and sent me a replacement attachment. Wish they were better but the dryer itself is AMAZING.

Sold on the Light Weight!
I am very happy with my purchase and would not have gone ahead if it had not been on sale. That being said I really like the weight and feel of the dryer in my hands. I was using a cheaper brand which didn't seem very heavy but in comparison, actually was. My hair is thick and coarse but I have a keratin treatment on it so it dries quickly regardless. My previous dryer has a blue light that shines on my hair when the ion tech is turned on= nothing visible on this model. My review title says it all as to why I kept it.

This thing works. I have a ton of hair. By ton I mean I have about 4x the amount an average woman has. To dye my hair takes about 6-8 hours. My stylist takes about an hour to blow dry my lion's mane. I hate blow drying my own hair because it takes an eternity. This mint colored tool is amazing! My hair is so soft and not frizzy. Best purchase ever. It takes me 25 minutes to blow dry my hair. It looks great!

NOT lightweight - regret this purchase!
The best thing about this blowdryer is the mint green color, but that pretty color isn't worth the price tag. Even at half the price, I would regret buying this. There is no way it is lightweight. This dryer is heavy and the weight is unbalanced, making it awkward to hold and especially difficult to use the cold shot button or work in the back of my hair. Also, the cord is thick and heavy and cumbersome. In addition to poor usability due to the weight and balance, I expect a dryer at this price point to come with a diffuser. If you are looking for a lightweight dryer for ease of use or travel, keep looking.....

Cord just stays twisted
the function of the dryer is good, but i have had it for quite a while and everything i have tried will not keep the electrical cord from twisting. everytime i dry my hair i have to fight the cord. I have hung it up multiple times and after a day or two the massive twisting starts again. i have had it out and put heavy books on it without success. I was optimistic that i could keep the cord straight. perhaps i had an unusual cord, but if your cord twists, i would recommend sending it back asap.

Fire Hazard - Smokes and Burns on Initial Use
This is a zero star product. Upon plugging it in, directly after receipt, it began smoking, sparking, and burning. My fire alarm began beeping and I immediately unplugged it, all while it continued to smoke and spark. I appreciate that sometimes malfunctioning products sneak onto the assembly line, but when paying more than 300 dollars for a hair dryer, I expect there to be a minimum level of quality control that will prevent the brand new product I've purchased from nearly starting a house fire. This is a dangerous product and should not be on the market, particularly at this price point. Anyone interested in drying their hair without a fire should look elsewhere.
