- Invest in a quality blow dryer. A powerful dryer will save you time, energy and prevent damage, as you'll spend significantly less time blowing heat over the same sections.
- Utilize a nozzle. It will help direct the hot air at a small space, allowing you to concentrate on specific areas of your hair at a time. Start at the roots to add volume and work your way to the ends.

Great hair dryer
This is a great hair dryer. It’s not as quiet as the Dyson but leaves my hair much softer. Also takes longer to dry my hair with this dryer.

Poor Quality
This is the second Harry Josh dryer I've purchased over the last 4-years. Both have had issues with the power cutting out intermittently until the dryer just stops working.

Don’t recommend
I’ve had this dryer a year and the prong on the plug broke, can no longer be used. For the price you would think this wouldn’t happen. I really did like how lightweight this dryer was though.

Worth the money
My hair is down to by waist, so blowdrying is never a fun task. This dryer is worth every penny! Lightweight- arms don't hurt and I travel with. Fast- if I let my hair air dry some I can be done in 10 minutes. If I do a full blow out it still saves me time.

Hi! My name is Kim and I’m a hair junky!
I’m a hair junky! I love to own the best of the best hair products and I’m willing to pay for the best. Unfortunately the Harry Josh Pro dryer was not a good choice to replace my beloved Dyson. They are not well made (example: the nozzles are made of thin plastic and a piece of wire - that broke on first use). And more importantly the dryer cut off continually (it kept cutting off while I was blow drying my hair - I finally gave up and got out my 10 yr. old stand by dryer to finish drying my hair). Not a good first impression!! I tried one more time a few days later with the same issues ... before I sent it back to the Dermstore for a refund.

Great little dryer
This is a really great dryer. It’s a little heavier then my old dryer but does a great job. It doesn’t seem to be any faster to me but my hair is less frizzy. Not as quiet as the Dyson.

Love This, however the cord is a twisted mess!
This is the best hair dryer I have ever used! The reason for the 3 stars is the annoying cord! It is so tangled and twisted and no matter how I have stretch it out it goes right back, returns to its tightly twisted self (the way it came) so I can only go so far away from outlet with the dryer even though this is a very long cord, hope this makes sense. My husband who does Electric stuff says his worry is that eventually from being so twisted and then trying to constantly untwist is that the wires may gradually break or bend and the hair dryer won't work.....so if it was a different cord on this it would be ten stars easily!!!!!

Better than the Dyson In my opinion
I got this hair dryer after reading all of the great reviews. I’ve been using the Dyson for a year or so, and it just makes my hair a tangled mess with very dry ends. As with every new styling tool, there is a learning curve, but overall I feel like this is the better tool for my hair.

Warranty
The blow dryer itself is great. It’s really light and it works well. My qualm is that I’m a hairstylist and this is a professional blow dryer. It had great reviews so I took the plunge. The clip that holds the vent on is held together by a really thin piece of plastic and for as much money as this blow dryer is, it should be stronger.When you buy this blow dryer, just know that the warranty is only one year. I looked everywhere that I could on the website and couldn’t find that information anywhere. For just a little bit more I could’ve gotten a Dyson and had a 10 year warranty.
