Begin with dry hair and select the desired temperature. Section hair ear-to-ear and secure the top half out of the way. Next, divide the bottom half into 1-2” sections to begin styling. Secure the ends of one section in the clamp and roll upwards, wrapping the hair evenly around the barrel. Hold for a few seconds then release the clamp. Repeat for the remaining bottom sections. After the bottom half is curled, take down the top portion and curl accordingly.

I was skeptical that one curling iron could be so much better than the rest but I believe my curls do look smoother and shinier! So happy! Wish I bought the full size, that will be next.

Great curling iron
I've been curling my hair with a flat iron and finally decided to try a curling iron. I purchased 3 high end curling iron options and this one was by far my favorite. I really like the shorter barrel length (4 inch barrel length and about 10 inches total length) and find it to be very manageable for someone new to curling irons. I also find that the bright mint color helps me avoid finger burns! The temperature options work well for my fine hair and it heats up quickly. There's a flip down bar to keep the iron off of the countertop, a swivel cord and a handy cord wrap built in. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Not bad but not impressive.
It has amazing reviews but I didn't prefer its performance. It smelled a little funny when hot. Maybe it was the coating. Returned it and decided to go with GHD and I prefer it over Harry Josh.

this is a perfect curling iron for travel! that said... I calculated wrong... thought I had a 1.25" standard curling iron but turns out have a 1"iron... so I returned it... if he comes out with a 1" travel iron, I'm in!

Hair rolls so smoothly around the barrel and leaves it it so incredibly shiny. I used this on my mother's blown out, 4c hair and was totally in love. If I had to nitpick, I was slightly disappointed that it did not come with a small bag or mat like other Harry Josh tools I own since this is a traveling iron.

Good for travel or just a smaller size for easier storage. Same power as the large size. Adjustable temperature is a rare and major plus on mini hear stylers. Wish there was a way to remove the clamp sometimes like the larger iron, but useful for versatile styles
