I love the Harry Josh blow dryer but one rushed morning I knocked it off my counter and the rear cover cracked. I was so sad because I thought that my dryer was useless now. I decided to look and found this. I am so pleased that I can use my hair dryer again.

Replacement works fine
I was disappointed that the back cracked on such an expensive hair dryer and needed replacement but glad a replacement was available. I have had many hair dryers over the years and never did the back crack on any of them.

Annoying but works
I'm really annoyed that I have to buy parts for this expensive dryer, but on the other hand glad at least I can. It works, so that's good, but I'd have preferred they make it sturdier from the outset so that I didn't have to pay more to keep it functioning. I didn't drop the dryer and I am not rough with it. The part just randomly cracked one day. Irritating.
