Big fan of LED
I already use LED treatment for my face and while its not a miracle solution, I can tell that my skin texture is better. It's the same with this product. It'll take a few months for progress but if you are consistent (key word here) then you will notice stronger hair and in my experience more growth in the designated areas you treat.

Great supplement to taking care of fine hair
This obviously won't make your hair grow back overnight or be instantly thicker, but with consistent use I have noticed that my hair feels stronger and I am seeing more baby hairs.

Not sure if it works
I've had it for about 9 months with regular use and cannot really tell if it did anything for me. It is easy enough to use, so it is not difficult to keep up with the treatment.

Awful Service
Usually I don't write reviews, especially bad ones. But this time my patience has run out. I've been waiting for the shipment of this device since Aug 28 when an order was placed. Ever since I've been calling in and talking in live chat with Dermstore support almost every day. Initially they said: "You're all set. Order will be shipped today or tomorrow at the very latest". Then they started to talk total nonsense. This is example from live chat transcripts: William D. I appreciate your patience Suzanne. Your order was caught in-between being drawn to ship by warehouses. A member of our Management team has submitted your order to have it released you should receive an email and see movement on your order in a few hours. I have a lot of such stuff. They forwarded many times information to some supervisors which would push my order through. Last time I called in in Thursday and operator Erica asked me hold on and after 20 minutes said that my order just got warehouse (it looks like they send order to their warehouse with carrier pigeons), warehouse was waiting for courier and I certainly would get tracking number tomorrow. But it was just another lie. The point is not in shipment delay. It is in incompetent, useless and lying customer service staff. And it's not my opinion only. You can see reviews on Trust Pilot. There are 69% of bad review referring to customer service. I'll recommend all my friends and acquaintances to stay away from Dermstore.
