Swear by this.
This is the best moisturizer I have ever used. I have extremely sensitive skin, not dry or oily so it's always really hard to find products that don't sit too far on each end of that spectrum. But this moisturizer is PERFECT! It's gentle, it's not oily, and you don't have to use a lot for it to be effective. It is well worth the money. I haven't changed brands for the past 5 years and I never will!

The best everyday moisturizer for sensitive skin
I have used Guinot for 25 years. In my early 20s I had terrible acne and this was the product that I used in conjunction with drying acne products that finally balanced my skin and helped clear up my skin. After 3 pregnancies, hormone changes and entering middle age, this used morning and night has kept my skin hydrated without breakouts. When I've tried other products (either less expensive or highly recommended), my skin reacts and I end up back with good old Guinot products.

This is soft, melting cream, which you can use as a day cream or you can use it at night. My skin became soft and even after this product. I put 4 star because I cannot use it day time. It doesn't protect you from sun rays.

Like silk roses on my face
This was my first intro to Guinot and based on friends and online reviews, I just dived into purchasing/using it without even trying a sample. I have sensitive, dehydrated skin and this creme is completely non-irritating. The scent is really pleasant and it glides so smoothly on my face. It's fairly hydrating but I knocked off one star because without a serum or facial oil under this I still feel some tightness from lack of moisture. But overall it's a great purchase and I can't wait to try more Guinot products.

They changed the formula
Not what it used to be. Not sure if the ingredients are the same but they changed the fragrance. It used to be a light rose petal smell. Now it's a strong old lady perfume smell.
