Please change packaging
I've been using this product for a while and am very satisfied- but please, please, Advanced Skin Technologies, change the packaging. Just throw the bottle in a recyclable cardboard box instead of a plastic box with a plastic, molded insert.

Not as intense as it claims
This is the Level 9, which is supposed to have the most retinol. My face was unaffected aside from a bit of dryness—and I’m not even a regular retinol user. Just make sure you moisturize on top. Don’t be scared to use this! It’s good stuff and will help over time

Fantastic Retinol
I've been using Green Cream Retinol for about 12 years- since I was in my late 40's. I am now 60 but my skin looks much younger. I have very few wrinkles. (Even the dermatologist says so.) The key with Green Cream is you need to start slow- with Level 3- then gradually work up to Level 6 and Level 9. And do not use it on sensitive areas such as the undereye area or neck at first. If you don't start out slow, your skin is likely to get irritated. I'm at the point where I can use Level 9 twice daily on my whole face, undereye area, and neck. My only issue with the product is the excessive packaging: The bottle comes inside a plastic shell, inside a cardboard box, inside a plastic sleeve. Reminds me of Russian nesting dolls! I feel guilty throwing all that plastic away. This stuff is great. If they ever stop making it I don't know what I'll do.

I've used this about 4-5 times in the past 2 weeks - I'm trying to ease in slowly even though I use other retinol products and my skin is pretty acclimated to high-strength retinol. I have peeled a little- not scaley snake peeling but enough to tell it's working. I plan on continuing use and hope to see fresh, glowing skin as a result. Happy so far. As usual, Dermstore delivered the item swiftly and their customer service can't be beat - I'll always be a huge fan of this site!
