Intense gel
This retinol is very cost effective. It is also super intense. My face has never peeled like it does with this retinol. For beginners I would say start with the level 3 or only use 1-2 nights per week or it will make your face hurt. Has definitely improved the texture of my skin.

D not use level 6 if you are a starter/have sensitive skin
I thought my skin would do fine since I have use adapalene (retinoid) before and experienced no allergic reactions but not noticeable results... So I gave this one a shot... I just used it three times in one week... My skin started peeling which I know is normal, but then I was waking up with my skin slightly red and inflamed, extremely sensitive to the touch and it just hurt to put any products on it so I had to be very delicate and careful applying even a soothing moisturizer. The peeling continued for a whole week, but it was way to sensitized to continue applying it on my face so unfortunately I had to return it. If you experience this I highly recommend you to use the ''Cerave skin renewing night cream'' to help restore your skin barrier, I used this and avoided any other active on my routine for a week. Other than that I'm sure this product works amazing! But this just wasn't the right retinol for me.

I should have started with Retinol earlier, but this one was a good starter product for me. I have oily skin normally that isn't sensitive, so I didn't have any issues starting with the level 6 Green Cream. Only some skin peeling the first few weeks and then my skin was notably clearer and fine lines were less prominent.
