Holy Grail!
This is one of those products I would hate to live without. I've been using glycolic acid in my routine for nearly 3 years now and previous to this I was using nesotrata gel. The nesotrata gel didn't absorb as well and wasn't as high a percentage of glycolic. This stuff is divine. Keeps my skin clear and is imprving and evening out my complexion with consistent use. Make sure to wear an spf during the day! If you struggle with clogged pores, I would recommend glycolic acid in general and glytone specifically because they're so well formulated. The wonderful thing about glycolic acid/AHAs is that your skin doesn't accustom to them, they always work because they just exfoliate. I could move upto a higher percentage but I honestly don't feel the need to do so. Anyway, rambled for long enough, buy this stuff, it'd liquid gold (waaay better than the Alpha-H liquid gold which is also a glycolic product).

I admit it - I skipped right from Step 1 to Step 3. Yes, it was a bit more tingly but I can really see the results. I have not had any more terrible hormonal breakouts - yes, the occassional rogue pimple but overall my skin is really looking much clearer. I can definitely see a difference and I have been trying for years to find the right product. I am so glad to have run into the lady at the cosmetics counter who told me to try this!

I do very much like the Glytone face lotion product line, but Step 3 is NOT the type I purchased previously and this type - Step 3 is bad. The smell of the product is HORRIBLE. I can't bear to put it on my face. I would have liked to return it, but don't know DERMSTORE's return policy.

Have been using the Glytone line for several years going through the different steps. #3 is the natural progression. Very happy with the results. Others have written that they needed to wait 20 minutes after putting on the product to move forward with their make up routine but I have not found that to be the case.

Cleared up my skin
I was surprised how small the bottle was when it arrived, but you only need to use a little bit. I've been on accutane 3 times so my skin doesn't break out as much as it used to, but since using Glytone Step 3 facial lotion (daytime) and exfoliating lotion (at night) I rarely break out anymore! It did make my skin peel when I first starting using it. I started with the Step 3 because I was using a lotion from my Dr.'s office which was a 10% glycolic acid. I'm not sure if it's reducing wrinkles but the texture of my skin looks and feels great.
