Glytone KP Kit (formerly Keratosis Pilaris Kit) features the basics to reduce rough, uneven skin associated with keratosis pilaris. Formulated with glycolic acid, it helps exfoliate dead skin cells for smoother, softer skin.
Glytone KP Kit includes:

Dispense an ample amount onto a poof or wet washcloth and massage over entire body, working into a rich lather. Concentrate on the drier and rougher areas of the body. Use after Glytone Exfoliating Body Wash. Gently massage onto arms, legs and other parts of the body that require special attention such as dehydration. For optimal results use after showering or bathing and follow with a Glytone Lotion. Use as often as desired or advised.

This a a great exfoliating body wash
I really like the Glytone body wash. I can notice a difference in my skin after about two days. It really helps with the KP on the back of arms and legs. An added bonus is that is completely cleared up some acne on my back. The lotion is very effective in ridding my arms of the ugly red bumps. However, it does burn after applying.

Best treatment ever tried.
My skin on legs was just diagnosed with sun damage but it has been like scaley as fish for 20 years. In winter I could shake the dead skin out of my clothes. It was really bad. I love the product. The lotion is the best of all. You can't go wrong. Con: tastes horrible so don't get near mouth or eyes. Its very expensive in my book but I will give up some things to be able to get it.

Smoothing
The combo kit is great to try both products at a reduced price. I like the wash more than the lotion because it is easier to use. Also, I have noticed that when using the wash on the backs of my legs my skin looks better and is much smoother. The lotion is thicker and takes more time to use because you have to really work it into the skin. Not too much time and effort however! I have had KP since I was a child. I have used this kit previously and religiously and experienced much smoother skin. However, my redness did not completely go away. When I stopped using the kit the bumps came back. The picture shows my 2nd purchase. I have been using it for a few weeks and smoother skin has resulted.

Worth the money
The lotion is really good. The soap helps too. I have very dry skin and get bumps during the winter season on the back of my thighs. This makes my skin like new and repairs the winter damage fast. I like combining it with other lotions to maximize the results and to treat my skin overnight.

Cons: it can sting a bit when you first apply the lotions, and it makes you a little sticky (an issue when you're trying to get your skinny jeans on!) Pros: The only thing I've ever found which, when used consistently, gets rid of ugly KP bumps and discoloration. Also helps with folliculitis!

The two product system works
I have had Keratosis Pilaris for most of my life. I have it on the backs of my arms and front and back of my thighs. I have used alpha hydroxy lotions from my derms office - up to 20% strength. And while this helped, it didn't clear it up completely. Within the first week of using this system I noticed a big difference. I'm now into my third week and my skin is soft and smooth and nearly all of the tiny red bumps have disappeared. I have used it every day. The only question I have is that the directions say "do not use directly after shaving" and I assume that is because the acid in the lotion and body wash will cause a mild burning or sting but it only lasts a few minutes. My derm Dr. had told me a while ago that after shaving was the best time to put on the alpha hydroxy lotion. So I'm still not sure what to do on that issue. I'll let you know if I find out.

I've always been very careful about my skincare and have always tried to use products that I know have proven to be effective to millions. I didn't think the glycolic body wash will be as effective, but I was surprised it worked like it did. It does however makes your skin sensitive, so I try not to use it everyday. I love the body lotion and how it has a high percentage of glycolic acid. It's very thick and moisturizing. I don't have any issues with my skin, for me it's always been about prevention. The texture of my skin has definitely improved and it's way more soft and smooth now than it has been before. It's also good for preventing ingrown hairs.
