Glytone Exfoliating Body Wash is designed to cleanse and soften the body while providing the exfoliating and revitalizing benefits of 8.8% glycolic acid. It removes excess oils, debris and dirt, leaving the body feeling fresh and rejuvenated. Unique gentle exfoliators softly shed old skin cells and awaken a rejuvenated new skin layer. Soft skin I've ever had
First, I live all things glytone. They are one of the best product lines for professionals. I am a cosmetic RN and know that most medical spas use this line. I recently developed keratosis Pilaris on the back of my arms and thighs. This products has greatly helped (combined with the lotion). However, the lotion is stronger so if I was only purchasing one product it would have to be it. There is no scent, which i miss because I like to smell like flowers.

Glytone body wash
I have somewhat mixed feelings about this body wash. I do wish it had a bit more of a pleasant scent. I think that it does a good job in terms of exfoliation, and leaves my skin soft and subtle. I do suggest using it only once or twice a week, and also be sure to use a good moisturizer following your shower.

Product works well, smells like old lady
I can NOT stand the smell of this product so I would not repurchase. It does rejuvenate very well but I can't get over that old lady smell.

Has anyone else had this issue?
I've been using this body wash for eight months now. While it is truly the best for my KP and breakout-prone skin, there is one major issue. After every use, my hands peel horribly. I've tried using a loofah, a sponge, and a washcloth to apply it instead of my hands, but I've found that none of these methods help with the peeling and the wash is less effective than when I apply it with my hands. I contacted both Dermstore and Glytone to see if they had any insight into why this was happening. Both said they had never heard of anyone having this issue before but that it makes sense since the palms of your hands (and the soles of your feet) don't have sebaceous glands. I've tried applying various heavy-duty hand creams and lotions directly after getting out of the shower, but nothing has worked! I'm reluctant to stop using this product because it is so effective, but I can't deal with my hands constantly peeling. If anyone has experienced this too or has any ideas of how to combat it, please feel free to leave a comment. Thanks!
