Finally a product that works!
I have struggled with treating break outs on my shoulders and back for as long as I can remember. This is the only product I've tried that works. Don't understand why because many of them have similar ingredients, but this one just works. It does smell very strong and you don't want to breathe it in. I use the old spray and walk away method. I hold my breath, spray it, then walk into another room quickly. I wait and let it dry, and by then the smell has usually dissipated.

I thought this worked pretty good, definitely easier to use upside down. It's meant to be that was for your back. I have also used on face. I recommend spraying cotton ball then applying. The scent is overpowering,almost hard to breathe. Probably why I only gave 4 stars. I used to work with a dermatologist and they sold a lot of this brand. Probably best for younger folks.

Pricey but it Works
I decided to try this after Neutrogena discontinued their acne spray that I had used for years. This has a much higher percentage of salicylic acid. This works as well as the Neutrogena if not better albeit at a higher price. It will keep backne and neckne away as long as you make sure to cleanse after heavy sweating. One caveat, the spray is very fine and is irritating to the nose and throat so it's best to spray it and immediately leave the room you sprayed in. Trust me lol.

Duhring's Disease (Celiac Skin Disease)- Love this stuff
For years I was told my Duhring's Disease was acne, but it was severe and they tried everything including Accutane to no avail. I received this in my BeautyFix box this month. I decided to give it a try on a couple of spots just for the heck of it. I was surprised when I woke up to see how much the spots had gone down (swelling) and redness. They are still there but they aren't as noticeable. (They will always be there, as long as I am exposed to any gluten) I will keep giving my money to a product that minimizes the embarrassing spots and gives me the confidence to wear the pretty dresses with the low-cut necklines (front and back) again. my favorite toner
I use this as toner. When I am not able to wash my face I spray this on a cotton pad and wipe my face. It strips away the dirt and oil exceptionally well.

One of my first reviews ever and am happy to give it since this really, really works. This is the best back acne product I've tried and am super happy with the results! I have mild but continuous (and very visible/annoying) back acne and this really does the trick! I wasn't sure about the purchase at first since the main active ingredient is salicylic acid and a lot of over-the-counter sprays have the same ingredient - but this is much more powerful and really does work. My back hasn't been this clear in many years!!!
