I like this quite a lot as a spot treatment. I have very sensitive skin, so acne treatments to which my skin doesn’t overreact —or ignore — are a rarity. I do wish that the instructions on the bottle were clearer — you have to get all the way to the end before learning that *you are not supposed to use it every day.* I generally do once in the evening, then the next morning if the blemish is still a problem (it usually isn’t), then walk away for a day or two. Works just fine!

Didn't love this product
The product itself is fine. There are no issues with scent, texture or packaging. But the products effectiveness didn't really satisfy me. I have acne prone skin - it doesn't matter if it is around my time of month or not. I have used the product every day for roughly 3 months and I don't feel like it has helped with my acne or soothed the inflamed pimples. It does have a tingling sensation which makes it feel like it is working!

Really helps!
helps even more then my derm prescription of dapsone for my acne, which is hormonal. really actually cleared my skin. I need to use a little more than pea size to cover the area effectively. would reorder, its a bit pricey but worth it so far! Only issue is the opening, closing, and having to reposition the knob every time really is annoying. the top doesn't stay put and I have to reposition every time to get the serum out, would probably go with a simpler, less complex container that is more user friendly and actually works

GENTLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN
I've only been using this for about a week so I can't write about the efficacy yet but I do want to say that it is a very gentle treatment that is perfect for sensitive, acne prone skin. I was a bit hesitant because acne treatments tend to be too harsh and drying for me but this doesn't burn, sting, or irritate my face. Here's to hoping it actually will work too.

Great for blackheads
We were provided a sample with a purchase that I made. My 13 year old son had acne on and around his nose. After 3 days of use, it really improved. I was so surprised at how good it looks. He tried other products and it irritated his skin. This has been gentle and effective.
