Best foundation base!
I was first introduced to Glo Minerals by the girl who did my wedding makeup. I loved how I looked but it never occurred to me to buy the products! Fast forward a year and my esthetician recommended the products because I need ones with very few ingredients (my pores clog like THAT). I remembered how nice my skin looked and I got color matched. I LOVE it! I use a foundation brush to lightly brush it over my face, then top it with blush or bronzer and then I set it with a rosewater facial mist. It looks beautiful! All of my unevenness and redness is covered up and best of all, it's good for your skin! After facials she will even put in on my skin because it is anti-inflammatory and calming, and no clogged pores! The only thing is that if it is your first time, you do want to get color matched. There are soooo many different shades which is great, but it makes picking the right one difficult the first time around!

First foundation that covers my acne spots!
This products is a savior for my skin! I am not a make up person and i dont usually use foundation or any face covers not until i got a fungal acne (antibiotic theraphy for 6 months) which causes my skin to breakout! This foundation is really great at covering, healing my acne scars and protecting my skin from the sun. Highly recommended.

Can't live without
I highly recommend this product to anyone that has very fair sensitive reactive skin. Glo Minerals was highly recommended by my derm and I couldn't be happier. Color: Natural Light goes on smooth for a barely there feel. Light weight and not greasy. You can also build up the coverage. However, I prefer the barely there clean look.

I had high hopes for this product based on the reviews. The jury is still out. At first the natural-medium color seemed to be the right fit and looked correct in the case. However, after wearing it twice it appears to be too pale and gave me a ghostly look. I will try the beige-medium next. The texture was nice, and felt light, although I'm not used to mineral makeup. I'm accustomed to wearing liquid foundation with powder on top, which has always given me a nice, smooth finish. However, due to my oily skin and tendency for congestion, I am trying find alternatives that reduce oiliness, do not cause acne, yet provide medium coverage. Mineral makeup is supposed to be perfect for this situation, so this is the second brand I've tried. This looked a bit caked on at first, but didn't settle in to lines or blemishes as other mineral powders I've tried have, which just highlights them even more. I will see if a different color works better. If not, mineral makeup may not be for me...

Finally found a shade that is right for me
Seems to me there needs to be some in between shades for colors. Golden-light was to light and yellowy. This shade is more true to skin tone, at least for the summer, but in the end you really have to be careful with GloMinerals powders as they get really cakey looking if you put too much on - which happens quickly. The price is right and at least over the brand I really prefer, at least once in a while they go on sale. So in the end, price-point won over the final quality.

I love this pressed powder. I have been using glo minerals for years and love them all. But this powder is the best. It can be used as a foundation you can dust it on top of your regular foundation to make your complexion look flawless. I also love it because it has natural ingredients in it.
