Good but needs time
I'm on my second month of these, but I've missed days here and there. I think I am starting to see some real improvements in my skin on my body, which is why I'd purchased this. I do need to eat something after or before these, though as it can make my stomach a bit uneasy (not sick) just need a cracker or something and I'm good. Overall, I'll keep using this and hope for more improvements.

Expensive for a supplement
I think this product contains some great ingredients; however, it is quite expensive for what it is. This company definitely needs to offer more discounts for a nutritional supplement. Unfortunately the price is just not sustainable for me, as you would have to take this for multiple months to see the benefits.
