Not as good as I'd hoped
The only reason why I gave it a 2 out of 5 stars is because of the ingredients. My lips are NOT as "soft" as they are saying it is. I have been using Nivea lip shimmer (the pink tube) and because of the ingredients, it has gotten my lips chapped, dry and scaling. So I thought I'd switch to this since I ordered this after finally reading the ingredients of the nivea lip balm, it has too many ingredients that are synthetic and I am looking more into a natural ingredient list for things that I use, especially for my lips. This is 3-4x the price of the nivea lip balm and now my lips are STILL not "soft" and "smooth" as it says it should after a few days of using this. I will probably use the rest of the tube, but will NOT buy again.
