Makes your eye lashes pop
I apply this after using an eye lash conditioner. I prefer this type of brush as opposed to the thick bushy kind. It does not smudge easily , and I always get complements on my eye lashes when I use it. I do not have fake eyelashes, I have made repeated purchases of this mascara, it's my favorite go to.
