Twist capsule open. Dispense directly into palm. Using fingertips, smooth lightly over skin in the evening. Follow with a moisturizer or other anti-aging treatment, if desired. Strong Vit. C
This vitamin C is the strongest I've used out of many. Because it is heavier in texture, I use it at night on non-tret nights and wake up with glowing, smooth skin. It is similar in price to the newer Neutrogena Rapid Tone capsules, which I think are the same formula, but a copy cat. Not really any cheaper because it's half the quantity. I will still with the OG Exuviance capsules.

not a serum
these capsules are not filled with serum, they are filled with a heavy cream, the kind you use at night. the capsule dispenses way to much cream, about four times what you would need to cover your face. i was able to cover face, neck, chest and both arms with one capsule. the cream is very heavy on the silicones, so not good for the pores. the product is not greasy, but feels thick like a body butter. it will leave your skin with a matte finish. no scent.

Disclaimer... I'm not a huge Vitamin C fan to begin with. I have never noticed a difference in my skin whenever I use vitamin C in my routine and this product has been no different. I feel a slight sting on my skin when I apply this and it is slightly grainy. One capsule is more than enough for your face and a little left to apply to your neck.

Excellent product
This serum really clarifies and brightens your skin. The packaging is stellar and does its job of keeping the ingredients stable and potent. Those who have sensitive skin may need to ease into using this product and buffer it with perhaps an oil underneath. This serum is thick and does not play nice with water based products, so it's best to follow the instructions and use at night. However, I have worn it during the day beneath sunscreen without any greasiness even though I have oily skin. You will see results! Especially if your goal is to look amazing makeup free. I alternate between this and prescription tretinoin in the evenings. During the day I sometimes use a chemical exfoliant like Sanita's hydrating brightening solution or one of their glycolic solutions (also available on this site). Enough comes inside each capsule to apply to face, neck, and chest. Great for travel since you can store a few in a smaller container.

Fresh every time
Clear complexion ☆ No dark marks ☆ No oxidation of product ☆ This ticks all my needs. Every time I apply the product is fresh, so no oxidation of that coveted Vitamin C. I also enjoy the ritual of snipping the capsule open, dotting it all over my face and neck and then gently spreading it around and tapping it into my skin. One capsule holds more than enough product to apply to my face, neck and the back of the hands as well.

Great but intense!
These are intense if you have not worked your way up to such a high vitamin c concentration. It stings upon application for the first few minutes, but goes away. My skin looks great the morning after using. I cannot speak to the efficacy of the aminofill ingredient, but have seen brightening effects from the Vit. C. Pro: - I love the delivery approach - capsules keep the product from going bad but also ensure that I use the same amount of product each time- one capsule is the perfect amount of product for my face and neck. Con: - These are designed for night-time use and I would not recommend applying in the AM if you have even somewhat sensitive skin. To me this is a con because I like the idea of getting my vitamin C in the AM for added antioxidant protection, and to allow me to focus on other actives, like retinol, in the evening. I don't blame the product for this, I should have read more thoroughly before purchasing.

Excellent product!
After initial 60 days of use, one capsule a day applied to clean skin before bed, I experienced visible differences to my 60+ oily, very textured skin. My pores appeared smaller, my skin was brighter, and oil production was greatly decreased. My texture issues we're also effected, as my skin appears plumper and smoother. On first application, I experienced a mild irritating burning sensation, which I now prevent by mixing the contents of the capsule with a pea size bit of moisturizer. Results do not lie, and I am getting them. This new skin care holy grail does what it claims. I will not be without, even though it is pricey to be sure!
