Irreplaceable!!
I have combination, sensitive skin where my cheeks are very dry but the T-zone is relatively oily. I live in a northern, Midwestern state where the climate is dry for me. I've been using this cream for 4-5 years except for the summer days. There's just no replacement to it. It moisturizes amazingly, and is SO reliable and comforting that I recommended it to my friends who also liked it. It hits all the right spots. I've tried many many other products, including much more expensive ones, but nothing compares to this one and I always come back to it. This is literally the end of the search for me. I've also used the intensive nourishing cream and I liked it. But that one is a bit heavier than this one. I like that this one is good for both days and nights, providing great moisture without feeling/looking oily (it adds a nice glow to my skin).

I got a sample of this cream. Very hydrating for dry skin and smells good but unfortunately it broke me out. My skin is very sensitive and acne prone so I kind of expect that before using thick perfumed creams!
