Great for whiteheads
I have definitely noticed that this works quickly and wonderfully on surface level pimples- for me they look like whiteheads. Not much effect on deep, large pimples. There is quite a tingle but it is not uncomfortable. The smell is strong but not overpowering or annoying to me. Takes a few minutes to soak in. I had to take off a star for the price of the product. The tube is tiny. Smaller than a tube of chapstick. I can't imagine it will last long and the price may be a barrier to repurchasing,

Best acne treatment I have tried without a script
I never thought I would find another acne treatment with azaelic acid. This works so good on my sensitive skin. Overnight the blemish starts to dry, within 2 days the blemish is flat. And no and scar left behind. If I do make the regretful mistake of squeezing, once the blemish has dried using the gel, I peel off the dry skin. And again no scar. I easily scar. Con: not enough product for the price.

I am OBSESSED with this. My esthetician gave a little sample to use for some acne concerns. The first night I applied it before bed, and WOW. You feel this go to work seconds after applying, and it is AMAZING. Kinda like a tingly/burning sensation, but in the best way imaginable. This really feels like it is getting deep into the pores and doing its job. There is a slight sulfur smell, but it is not over the top or obnoxious. The smell is actually pretty subtle compared to most sulfur products I have tried. Highly recommend!

It does it job
I've had really bad acne and as you know they left me with some marks to remind me what a pain they were. This product helped clear them up and now I have blemish free skin.
