Not for skin that is not very dry
My skin is normal and I do not ever get breakouts or anything. I also use moisture regularly (2x daily) and wear makeup. This product made my skin so oily when I used it at night that the next day (even after morning washing!) my face was running with oil by lunch!

Not for acne-prone skin
I have dry skin that is acne prone, so while a heavy moisturizer is appealing it also has to not clog my pores and cause breakouts. This one made me break out within just a few days.

The intensive nourishing cream is perfect for my middle aged skin. It's a tad heavy thus perfect for those drying winter months. I have found that applying it lighter during the summer months works perfectly for me! I receive compliments on my soft skin often!

Nice product; worst customer service EVER
Since the Dermstore doesn't allow reviews of their own customer service, this is the only place on their website I can write this - Do NOT order from this store; they are incompetent and rude. My recent order with Dermstore was cancelled without my knowledge and without notifying me. I spend $1200-$1500 per year with them; more in the past few years and was surprised when I called and was told there was a mix up 4 years ago; their records indicated I returned some product, received my credit, but they never received the product back. Or so their records showed. I was essentially called a liar and a thief. In the 4 years since, I've been ordering product from them, spending my money, and they never attempted to reach out. After some discussion, and 45 minutes later, I got through to a supervisor, I was then told this was an error, she apologized profusely, but the damage had been done. Never again. There are lots of websites where these wonderful products can be purchased. I have to score the product low for no other reason then their horrible customer service.
