Formulated with lactic acid, a blend of polishing flours and Botanical Hyaluronic Acid Complex, this vegan exfoliant gently removes impurities and excess oil from the skin to reveal a visibly smooth, radiant complexion. Suitable for all skin types. Soy- and gluten-free.
After cleansing skin with an Eminence facial cleanser, dispense a small amount of dry product to the wet palm of your hand and add a few drops of water. Rub hands together to create a creamy paste and apply to your face using circular motions, careful to avoid the delicate areas around the eye. Massage into the skin before rinsing thoroughly with water and patting skin dry.

Basic exfoliator
While not a huge fan of this it does come with a great packaging design and provides a good amount of exfoliation which you can adjust to your own preference by adding/subtracting water.

Not a good exfoliant or cleanser
Well, this isn't great as an exfoliant or a cleanser. So as far as I'm concerned it doesn't really do its job. The top makes it really hard to get enough product out and then it becomes really thin and milky when mixing with even the smallest bit of water. Not my fave.

From try to buy!
I got this in my first ever beauty fix box from this site and I'm super excited about it! I finally got around to trying it since they gave me a couple different cleanser options and it feels awesome. I love that it has salicylic acid in it since breakouts have been plaguing me since my teen years 15 years ago. now as an adult I can't seem to get it under control but I've been very rigorous since I started purchasing clinical-grade products from dermstore, about developing a little cleansing ritual and I am happy to add the strawberry rhubarb exfoliant to my routine. I found the Shaker a little hard to use, it only does one shake and then you gotta tip it back up and then over again but I'll probably put it in a small jar and use the tiny spatula or scoop for it. It says it's for daily use but I probably would do it a couple times a week just to not over scrub my face. I love that it's got options, I ended up doing it after my oil cleanse on my first use, and then did my gentle foaming cleanser after, but you can also mix it with your actual cleanser instead of just water. I'll probably choose to use it just mixed with a little water before my cleanser, and then once the physical exfoliation is done go in with my lha cleanser from SkinCeuticals so it can go a little deeper. Will definitely be buying the full size of this product

Great complexion discovery!
Received this in my BF box and I love it! It's a gentle feeling scrubbing exfoliant that leaves my skin glowing and clean, but somehow manages to feel perfectly moisture balanced afterwards too. Wonderful smell is a bonus!

Eminence Organic Skin Care Strawberry Rhubarb Dermafoliant
I have to say, I'm a little hesitant to use exfoliants on my face, because some are really harsh and abrasive. I was very pleasantly surprised by this product. You can control the texture by regulating the amount of water you add. The smell is very nice, and it really isn't too irritating. It does leave your face feeling very smooth and clean. I would recommend using this in the evening, and applying a thick moisturizer afterward.

Great exfoliator
This is really great for acne-prone skin, and it's gentle. You can use a small amount and mix it with any of your own cleansers and it adds a nice amount of grit.

Terrible Product - Buyer Beware!
After noticing a metallic odor and sticky consistency we contacted Eminence directly. They told us to use a spa or Dermstore since they are official retailers. We bought one on Dermstore and another later at the spa after we noticed the same kind of odor We decided to clean off the inside of the cap thinking the odor came from there, but when we took it off, to my surprise there is an inch of built up moldy product in the cap, like a solid chunk clogging the cap. I grabbed her other bottle of dermafoliant she stopped using because we noticed the texture became more sticky and a metallic odor and sure enough I found the same thing. I cannot believe after the year or more using Eminence to think this may be and likely is the cause of so many of her skin issues. We are going to the dermatologist to have tests run for fungi/mold spores on her skin that if present have been not only messing up the pores but also the skin ph and gut biome Im sure. Please check your dermafoliant.
