Eight Greens Phyto Masque - Hot by Eminence Organic Skin Care stimulates and revitalizes dull, mature skin to leave it feeling renewed and looking radiant. Organic extracts of yucca, hops, stonecrop and growth factors diminish menopausal breakouts, fine lines, wrinkles and inflammation. This is such a cool mask. I'm surprised I even tried it in the first place. I have such sensitive skin, I was petrified. It's def the most intense mask I've ever used, and I'm a regular acid user. The paprika is designed to bring circulation to the skin, and HOLY COW does it ever. I would not say that mild red is mild, my face was legit as red as spaghetti sauce. It didn't hurt, I repeat, I did NOT hurt. It will go away, it's just bringing heat and blood flow to the surface. For me it was about an hour and a half for my skin to return to normal. Very effective treatment, wouldn't overdue it though. I had to deduct one star though, the scent on this bad boy isn't the most appealing in my personal opinion.

This means what it says
This means what it says! I was nervous to use it on my sensitive face so tried on my decolletage first. Its a hot texas summer and this cleared up all breakouts on my decolletage. It did leave that area very red for several hours but a very pleasant result after that. I tried some on my face mixed with the cold mask per the eminence suggestion and recommend.

I bought this Eminence mask because of the reviews which mentioned it was effective in treating hormonal breakouts, and what can I say: that was not my experience. It may be normal to have temporary redness, but I found that this mask also irritated my skin and exacerbated breakouts. I used this twice a week for three weeks and my skin was angry and irritated. It feels really wasteful to toss this but I can't in fairness pass it along to anyone else. The texture is globby and uneven, there are herb particles suspended in the mix, and I also found it difficult to apply and spread smoothly. Really, really unimpressed with this.

I use this 1-2 times per week, and anytime I have an event or am seeing my guy and I really want to have glowing skin. I don't experience redness afterwards, just extremely soft, pinkish, healthy looking complexion. I don't find it to be very hot-try the Hungarian Herbal Mud if you're looking for a healthy "burn" (in a good way, I love that mask too!). Pricey, but you use a pretty small amount, and it's worth it, considering you look like you've gotten a professional treatment after you use it. I love that you can leave this on between five and 10 minutes and get such amazing, glowing results.

The first time I used this, I was scared I somehow burned my skin with how red it was after 10 minutes! (definitely only do this mask right before bed) Then after reading other reviews and realizing its normal, and after using it a few more times it doesn't get as red anymore but still gives all the benefits: a baby butt soft face, brighter/overall balanced complexion, calms down any acne (even the stubborn hormonal ones!!) I love this mask. I've only used it a few times, but after my face feels so clean and fresh. I also notice that my breakouts diminish after using this.
