Formulated with calendula, this pH-balanced, natural makeup remover cleanses and disinfects, as chamomile and lavender sooth irritation. Burns in contact with eyes
The bottle is fantastic, I love the pump... the actual solution is very soapy though. It burns my eyes so I have to be very careful not to get any in them which is hard when you're trying to remove mascara. It's also a very small bottle for the price, if you wear makeup everyday it wont last you long. I like other products from this brand but this ones not for me. Will have to keep looking for a natural makeup remover.

Not enough power
I wanted to love this product, as I've been trying to integrate as much natural skincare and make up into my routine as possible; but it was simply not effective. To get even my eyeshadow let alone my mascara off, I would have to rub my eyelids and lashes so much more than with an Almay oil free eye makeup remover pad. My eyelashes would routinely come out during the cleansing process. And even with one pump on a cotton pad, the liquid would still run into my eyes and sting. I do use an eyeshadow primer, so perhaps if you don't it would be fine. But I gave up on this pricy makeup remover after only a few uses and switched back to the Almay pads.
