Give this a chance
When I first used used this product, I thought meh, it is too light and won't change my life. I continued to use it daily because I paid for it and after a couple days I noticed my lips were not dry and but were smooth even without it. I have really dry lips that peel on occasion. I believe with daily use this will change that. And I now think it truly does what it claims to do.

I love Eminence and I am a lip balm addict. I thought for sure this would be a great product for me, but I essentially hated it! I'm not sure which I hated the most: the smell; taste or how freaking dry it made my lips!!! I use a lot of Tata Harper products and if anyone is familiar with her products you will understand (wish I had a better way to explain, but it's an eerie match!) ...it smells exactly like her products and tastes like what her products would taste like - only more synthetic despite natural ingredients (I have accidentally got cleanser in my mouth before, so I can actually verify the taste is real). It's a medical, herbaceous..."unique" scent that I could not deal with on my lips & smelling during day/ night. The smell also gave me a dreadful headache. The taste made me gag (if anyone is thinking I am an idiot because you do not eat lip balm...I know this! But, it does get into your mouth at some point!). And, finally, it wore off quickly and left my lips parched. I had to pull out my "big guns" to do lip repair. Thankfully Dermastore has great customer service and I returned. Obviously I do not recommend

I love the smell and texture of this product! I use it every night before bed. I did not give 5 stars only related to the packaging: you have to place your finger tip into the small jar and you either wind up with too little product, or way too much. I use with a retractable lip brush - my recommendation is make sure you have a lip brush handy when you use it.
